Boolaroo Bulletin Centenary Issue

Legend goes: On a Sunday morning many years ago a group of local men who loved to drink would carry and drag a 10 gallon keg up the hill in a bag to a spot known as the 'Pot and Pan'. To the naked eye it would seem the men were carrying a body. The men would then proceed to drink the entire contents of the keg. * This apparently was the forerunner to the "Buffalo Lodge" which was formed in approximately 1950. Lodge members met in the Sulphide Hall.
