Finder - Products and Services

Quickfinder is a specialised database of keywords matched to the appropriate services or businesses. It is not comprehensive or "intelligent", but it works and is fairly accurate. If you want to browse rather than burrow then use the Business and Community Services Directory.

Enter a word describing the product or service you require. One or more suppliers may be found - choose one to find out more information.

Use common singular words like paper, softdrink, repair, electrical, legal, book, pet, petrol and dining.

Boolean operators such as and and or can be used. For example the search string dining and esplanade will find all directory pages with both words present, such as a listing for Pipi's Restaurant, situated on the Esplanade at Speers Point.
The search string dining or esplanade will find all directory pages with EITHER of the two words, a list will be presented from which to choose the most likely organisation.

Many words won't be indexed yet. If you can't quickly find a product using this method it does not mean the product or service is unavailable, it just means it hasn't been indexed for Quickfinder yet. In which case, use the Directory!
