It is with pleasure that I introduce this website about Boolaroo on behalf of the Boolaroo-Speers Point Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Boolaroo celebrated its 100th anniversary in 1998 and the website, capably put together by Marc Walters as a TAFE project, was one way of acknowledging the centenary and highlighting the many industries and personalities that have contributed so much to the suburb.

The Chamber appreciates the assistance of the many people who helped in providing information for the website to make Boolaroo more accessible to the rest of the world.
